  Conveniently located a few steps from the theatre and all the shops. The rooms are small and need renovation (walls need new paint) and wasn’t too impressed with cleanliness (spotted a nail clipping on the carpet). Mattresses are not very comfy (too soft for my taste) On the positive side, the breakfast choice and quality is excellent. Lots of choice, fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, fresh juices. The best part of my stay!

  Bon rapport qualité prix. Plein centre. Proximité parking (payant) et du theatre Graslin. Un accueil sympathique. Bémol: On entend trop le bruit des couloirs notamment au moment du ménage ( claquement de portes). L'espace petit dej est sympathque mais trop petit quand on vient à l heure de pointe.

  Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler. The staff is accommodating and extremely friendly. The rooms—though small—offer great showers and comfortable beds, and the included free breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before a walk around town. Oh, and nightly rates are very affordable for city center! The only thing to note is that the rooms do not have air conditioning, however, a breeze from the window was more than enough for my mid-July stay. Thank you for a great stay!
