  Wonderful stay and such a lovely reception staff and the location could not be better. But I would work on new sound proved doors to all the rooms. You can hear everything going on both in the main hotel (1. and 2. floor) and in the annex next to the garden. You sell sleep and you do not get it, when the cleaning staff starts at 09 and you want to sleep to 10/11 after a lovely night out in Paris (breakfast until noon - lovely service) and you can hear all the doors from the other rooms banging from people going in and out and people talking. ALL doors should be sound proved and especially the little room at the reception in the annex behind the glass door - you can hear the receptionist talking and the telephone ringing.....   A jewel in Paris! Friendly & accommodating; comfortable rooms; charming locale; quiet in our room even on robust weekend nights outside. Close to everything; affordable shopping & dining on the street; stroll to the sounds of the bells of Notre Dame! Can't recommend more highly. We'll absolutely stay here again if we're lucky enough to get back to Paris. Merci beaucoup to the entire staff and crew!

  We had a lovely stay at Hotel du Jeu de Paume. The breakfast and bar service were especially good.

  I did think that this was a bit expensive when I was booking it but on arrival felt that we had been blessed to have found this hotel. Located on the island next to the Notre Dame Cathedral, it lies in a delightful Parisian street, quiet and yet animated. The hotel itself is a jewel, hidden behind the massive wooden doors one associates with Paris. The welcome was warm and genuine; one felt embraced. We arrived back rather late in the evening to find the doors closed but just as I was starting to panic they magically opened for us! Breakfast was generous and the staff courteous. History of the hotel is fascinating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  We selected this lovely hotel based on location and reviews. We were so pleased with our choice! Loved the generous space and many areas for storage. The history of the building and interior decorating was also important. Your friendly professional service is exceptional. Thank you for making our first stay in Paris a wonderful experience!
