  Старый уважаемый отель в центре Парижа, недалеко ото всех достопримечательностей. В баре часто записывают теле- и радиопередачи с парижскими звездами. Останавливаюсь здесь 2ой раз - очень нравится!

  Em 2012 tivemos ótima estadia por 5 dias. Bem localizado nas proximidades da place de la concorde e também do opera. Tem preço elevado, mas não tem café da manhã incluído. Tivemos um contratempo, pois na nossa saída queriam nos cobrar a mais por serviços que não utilizamos.

  Accueil chaleureux et fort agréable. Chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Très bien situé.

  Hôtel luxueux mais très vieillissant. Le personnel est très courtois et distingué. La chambre occupée était petite et avait tous les équipements attendus mais ils ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui est attendu d’un hôtel aussi étoilé: pas de couette mais une vieille couverture trouée, produits de soin bon marchés, etc.

  A very clean hotel, with comfortable beds. Most of the staff appear motivated, polite and keen to help. So why only 2 stars? On check-in the hotel refused access to my room until I made full payment, even though they had my credit card details 6 months prior to my arrival. I ended up waiting for the local money changer to finish her late lunch and wasted about 40 minutes at check in. When we eventually were given keys to our room, we had to show our selves up to the room. The bathroom and toilet were inconveniently located in different rooms. No complimentary drinking water in the room. The double bed was not a double bed, rather, it was two singles, loosely pushed together and made up separately under the cover. The only English language channel on the hotel TV was News. Look, it is not a bad hotel, it is just a hotel, the location is great and that has been a saving grace in my scoring of this review. If you want to pay for a 4 star/5 star hotel and get an "OK" experience, then this place is OK.
