  Equipe de professionnel spécialisé Apple, j'avais un disque endommagé je suis parti à AppleStore ils m'ont dit que mes données étaient perdues, je l'ai déposé chez ginkgo en 48h ils ont réussi à tout récupérer moyennant 80€ j'avais 20 ans de photos de famille ultra précieuses pour moi Bravo et mille merci

  ARNAQUEUR, ESCROC, VOLEUR ET MENTEUR. Ne fait pas parti des centres agréé Apple comme ils le prétendent. (vérification faite auprès d'Apple directement). J'ai payé 500€ et mon mac n'a jamais été vraiment réparé, pire, il et est désormais irréparable, SCANDALEUX.

  ARNAQUE. Prétendre qu'on est un centre de réparation agrée par apple alors qu'il n'en ai rien est un scandale. Je déconseille fortement !

  I won't go back to this store. They were very dismissive of me and my problem. The store is small and when I was there it was pretty crowded. I explained that I wanted to repair my mac laptop. I had already taken it to the Apple Genius Bar, who had diagnosed the likely problem, but refused to repair as it was too old. It was purchased in 2010. But they recommended that I could take it to an authorized dealer who could repair it. The problem would probably involve replacing the mother board, which is expensive but less expensive than buying a new laptop. When I explained this to Ginko, without looking at the mac the technician said he could not repair it because Apple no longer makes this mother board. I asked whether "no longer makes" the motherboard also means "cannot order one" and he said "yes", which in my opinion is ridiculous and unbelievable. I asked whether I needed to go elsewhere and he said "yes". He said all this while serving another customer and without even looking at me while he was talking to me. I found the experience very impersonal and frankly rude. I don't believe the information he told me. I won't go back to Ginkgo.
