::Très bel endroit, superbe cuisine. Ambiance trop feutrée a mon goût, ça manque de fun. Trop de réflexion culinaire tue le plaisir. Une fois de temps en temps, c'est assez pour moi. Mais quel travaille d'orfèvre !

::Impossibly beautiful on every level. We dined at Le Parc whilst staying in the hotel and ordered the chefs tasting matched with wines. Words can’t describe the experience... pure decadence- Service, food, wine, room, everything. If you’re in love bring your loved one here ...

::We ate at Le Parc for dinner recently. I would start by saying the food is good. The grounds and building are stunning. Sunset drinks of the terrace are a highlight... But (and quite a bit but) having been lucky enough to have eaten at a number of Michelin starred restaurants previously, and benchmarking this to those, I was quite disappointed with the food especially at that price point. There was nothing exciting on the menu. Largely classic dishes which are excuted well but at >€200 per head, there really needs to be something more to it than that.

::Fantastic French country residence part of the Relais Chateaux brand and with a 2-star Michelin restaurant. It's the perfect hideout and base for touring Champagne. Stay there if you can get a room at a price you can handle :)
