  Excellent customer service!! The hotel went out of its way to accommodate my special request. Much appreciated. Very clean room, and the room service food was delicious and service was prompt. And, I love the little thoughtful touches in the room (eg space in mini bar for personal use, chocolates on my bed, aromatherapy to help with sleep).

  Luxury hotel with good amenities stated in a good location, but worth the price? A small gym and access to good running routes and scenic environment adds to the points ☺️

  Wonderful modern hotel. Across the street from a large city park. My dinner at the hotel hotel restaurant was very good.

  Excellent Service at front desk. Clean and comfortable. I almost refused to stay at Crowne Plaza after a recent experience in Helsinki. However this hotel staff made me give them another chance. Great service and understanding their entertainment customers. This hotel should teach others front desks how to treat customers. Jerome and (Justina?) can't remember her name now. They
