  They don't do the basic services we need like reporting a birth from abroad. That forces us to take time off work to go to the two cities that do provide this service. Just close already if you're not going to serve the people in the area.

  The attentive and considerate reception by Consul Schneller and her staff was one of the most delightful experiences I've had with international affairs. They made a necessary process of formalities into a friendly non-paperasserie.
