  Walked around looking for someone to help me for over 20 minutes to finally get someone’s attention, who then fluttered away with another customer a few minutes later. Thank you for nothing, Arnaud Jobard. Terrible service.

  I love the staff! They were super helpful and friendly! This was my second time in the store in the past 2 months and both times they have helped me pick the most beautiful shoes ever. They hit the nail on the coffin, dead on ! Merci!

  Warm, inviting, welcoming and so delightfully bright. I know there are several Louboutin shops in Paris but this one feels nestled away, a secret you stumble upon and delightfully indulge in. I was greeted by several nice people and the doorman, when they realized I spoke English a young woman came to help me and together we went through several pairs of shoes in my size. I purchased two pair and she patiently waited while my husband ran back to our flat for my passport so I can get a tax refund, and while waiting I saw other ladies come in and take photos in the store windows. As I left with my shoes the staff congratulated me on my purchase - they know how special a purchase these shoes are. I could not be more delighted with this experience and will absolutely return!

  Love love love this place. My family and traveled to Paris for vacation Aug 15-21. I was so excited to see the Christian Louboutin men's store in person. I was in love. The staff treated me very nice they let me try on shoes the store was beautifully done. What would have made this trip to the store even better would be to meet Mr. Christian Louboutin himself. I would have died right then and there but instead my husband bought me two pairs of shoes. I love them dearly. Thanks Christian Louboutin. I hope to have a total of ten pairs in my lifetime
