::Ayant été 'l'heureux' bénéficiaire du stage d'une journée il me semble nécessaire d'intervenir dans les précédents échanges. Je valide mot pour mot les propos du commentaire précédent qui ne sont hélas que le strict reflet de la réalité . La posture de victimisation du commerçant - à tous égards ridicule et un peu facile- est une façon maladadroite de s'exonérer de répondre sur le fond aux nombreuses lacunes de ce stage prohibitif à 190 euros (prix effectivement règlé et non 122 euros) . J'ajoute qu'à aucun moment le commerçant n'a tenté de joindre la personne ayant payé le stage pour echanger sur les motifs de son mécontentement légitime et tenter une conciliation (parler dans ce cas de harcèlement pour quelques mails envoyés demandant des explications est une preuve de mauvaise foi) . Je précise également que les avis gênants laissés sur la page facebook de la chocolaterie ont été supprimés. Même si ce professionnel propose des produits de qualité correcte on atteind le degré zéro de la gestion de la relation client et je déconseille formellement à quiconque de s'inscrire à ce stage ou tout autre atelier proposé par ce commerçant.

::Very nice place. The staff is very friendly and the ice cream was awesome. Will definitely be back for more. One of the waitress was training another one and they were both really professional and patient. Props to them.

::This is without a doubt the best chocolate shop in Reims. I've bee here twice now in my travels and if you're wanting somewhere warm and friendly this is the place for you. The hot chocolate is thick and rich leaving you wanting more. Their chocolate and macaroons are amazingly scrumptious! If I ever travel to Reims again I would not miss this on my list of things to do in Reims. It's really a great experience.

::We stopped in here for a hot chocolate, and I'm very glad we did. This is an absolutely beautiful, quaint little chocolaterie, with shop in the front area and small cafe section down the back, which you could easily miss. We had a cup of hot chocolate and a macaron, and both were exquisite, and the service was friendly. If you're looking for somewhere to drop in for a quick break while walking around Reims, Chocolatere Lothaire is a great option.
