  Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness that you've always given to us. We always enjoy and satisfy your hotel and this is why I choose your hotel when we stay in Paris, and this might be 5th time for us to stay at your hotel. Location is nice and convenient, and room is comfortable. Only one negative point I felt in this time is that JEAN-PAUL HÉVIN chocolates service was abolished although the services was available until 2016 as far as I know. All other services are excellent as usual. Anyway, I will choose your hotel again if I go to Paris.

  I would like to thank you for your assistance and collaboration last week, during our stay. It was a great collaboration, everyone were happy, everyone loved the hotel. I really appreciate every each effort you made, to make sure our group was taken care at 100%. They loved the dinner on Monday, the food was delicious and the service perfect. Thanks to Alberto and Olivier for their assistance. I loved the personalized menu print, small details make the difference. The reception and the concierge Desk were great, Roman helped us to book a very last minute visit at the Tour Eiffel, and it was not easy. Laura Notarbartolo - Italian Special Occasions

  Sono oramai cliente abituale del Castille e devo dire che si tratta di uno degli alberghi migliori in cui abbia mai soggiornato (e giro molto...). L'ambiente è familiare, elegante e confortevole. Il personale molto preparato e gentilissimo, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Le camere sono pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort. Consiglio vivamente di provare la Suite a due piani. La posizione della struttura è oltremodo perfetta per muoversi nella città ed è adiacente a Place Vendome con i suoi incredibili negozi e ristoranti. Da non dimenticare il teatro d'opera e soprattutto il ristorante all'interno dell'hotel dove si mangia benissimo e con cibi di grande qualità. Insomma, se pensi di andare a Parigi non esitare a provare l'hotel Castille!

  I had high expectations, and the Castille exceeded them. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The service from the staff was outstanding - everyone I came across was friendly and did everything they could to ensure I had a good stay. The room and amenities were excellent. One amenity that was a very cool perk was the complimentary smart phone to use during the stay, preloaded with recommendations and helpful tips. The location of the hotel is fantastic.

  The public spaces in the hotel are beautiful! It feels quaint, elegant and French!!! The staff is very professional and friendly. The standard room leaves a little to be desired. We were moved to a different room due to a hot water issue and it was lovely (obviously re-decorated recently). I would stay at this hotel again!
