  I was initially very excited to move here to leave temporarily in Paris, but the management of the residence has made the experience really bad. While the apartments are nice (they have just being built in 2017), the experience is not that great. It is very common that there is no hot water and you can't shower because of the system they have put in place. I also experienced a week with no light on my floor due to some electrical problem. Going to your room with your phone light (there are no windows in the corridors) is very ridiculous considering the price. Also, the laundry room (4-5 washing machines and 2-3 dryers) is very small considering the residence size (9 floors with probably 30-50 people per floor). There is very limited common spaces to meet people (just one small room on the ground floor). Emails for requests take many days to be answered (if answered). Finally, while rooms are modern, they lack many essential functionalities. Whose idea was it to have a kitchen with cooking plates and no extraction hood on top for the smoke?

  Like any residence, the rooms are small, but overall it is clean and modern. Due to the location (many schools and universities close by) the prices are steep, but for a few months it can be considered.
