::Even though we came without a reservation, they made sure to get us in. The food was great. I had a seafood dish on special. The drink selection was also worth the visit.

::I had a wonderful lunch here. It’s just steps away from the cathedral and a big, bustling place, full of local patrons. Service was excellent. A team of waiters kept very busy, but the lunch was well-paced, never rushed. I had the ficelle picarde (a crepe stuffed with ham and mushroom) and andouillette (a kind of tripe sausage) because I wanted to sample these on my short visit. They made for a very ample lunch. The ficelle was swimming in a delicious cream sauce (practically a meal on its own) and the andouillette was very tasty and nicely grilled. Many patrons were having one of several "plates of the day", and they looked very good as well (as did desserts which I had no room for). Very reasonably priced and varied options throughout the menu. I also appreciated that, despite my minimal French and odd answers to questions, the waiters were patient and did not resort to any English.
