  The hotel is really good especially if you booked the deluxe room, which I really recommend if you are looking a place to relax. Pros: - Location is the best thing here, in the heart of Strasbourg. - WiFi connection is really good and fast. - The hotel provide car parking if your car is 1.5 meter height, otherwise “Parking Indigo” 1 minute walk from the hotel. Very expensive 45€ per day but the hotel offer a discount to be 18€ per day. This is much appropriated from the hotel. - The hotel provide 10% discount for ferry tour, don’t forget to get from the reception. Cons: Nothing at all.

  Quaint hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. Great breakfast. Rooms a bit small.

  Staff is kind and helpful. The room is modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is also nice. The only bad point is that the double room consists of two single beds put together which is not very comfortable in the middle. Free Nespresso coffee was nice.

  Location is excellent, the hotel is charming. Room was not spacious but it's a small sacrifice for the classic Alsation hotel building, historic wooden doors, bits of exposed original wood, and supreme walkability. Bonus is a happy hour with gratis Riesling wine and local sweet bread slice, basket of croissants and instant coffee available in the lounge. The gentleman at reception (Merlin) spoke excellent English and was remarkably kind and helpful. All the staff seemed equally hospitable.

  Very good place for stay. The staff over here are very Helpful, kind and generous. They even gave us the map of strasbourg and suggested what all places to visit and how to commute. That pretty much solved the whole puzzle of not knowing French over there. Highly recommended. :)
