  It's highly pleasant hotel, there is such nice scent in my room after cleaning. Very clear anywhere. It's nice to be in the room. No telephone and safe in room, also there is no opportunity to keep any products in the fridge. Not wider assortment of meal for breakfast.

  We arrived at 7am on 1st May and asked for a room. They told us that there isn't any rooms available at the moment (was 2 black men). We showed that if you are going online, it's possible to reserve for today a lot of rooms and after that they said "ok wait a moment" and they found for us a free room ( so rude) . They thought that we are young and stupid people ! Breakfast was alright and not so expensive. The bed sheet was dirty !

  The receptionists are all extremely impolite and rude, the hair dryer is not included in the room and need to lend downstairs with deposit which is inconvenient. The room lack facilities and there's some smell in it. The WiFi always disconnected by itself. But the location is good which is near the China town, which is relatively safe and it is near the bus, metro and tram stations. But the overall impression is just so dissatisfying.

  Good room for the price you pay. But the shower was broken and they didn't repair it in the few hours when we were gone. The staff looked bored, but were nice to us. Overall good experience, but you expect a room were everything works or otherwise that the staff would fix it for you.

  online reservation with parking paid in advance to assure parking. On arrival no parking available. Hotel issued fake reimbursement bill for the parking. Update: Money arrived after 2 weeks and after this review was posted. Room with XXL bathroom where I could not fit properly. I can not even imagine what "normal" size bathroom looks like. One towel in a room for two only. window to terrace/balcony which can not be locked and can be just pushed open from the terrace/balcony. Made even worse by the fact that the terrace/balcony was accessible from the corridor. Virtually anybody from the street could access your room as the reception was often unoccupied and did not check if people who entered had a room. All rooms without key. To open the room you get a 6 digit code that you punch in to get the room open. There was also universal code which the cleaning personal used to get to every room. There is no safe in the room. All in all, you can sleep in the room, but you better do not leave any belongings, especially valuables, as there is a very high risk they will disappear. Hotel takes no responsibility for items that were stolen from the room. Breakfast had very limited selection. On selection were bacon and eggs (neither fresh, both from supermarket and heated in microwave), pieces of baguette, croissants, croquettes, dry biscuit. There was butter and honey. Two sorts of marmalade. One type of cereals. for drink one could use machines to serve him/herself. Coffee, cacao, milk, water, orange and apple juice. That was all!!! The B&B chain provided certain quality and decent value for money. This was definitely not the case in this particular B&B hotel. Look rather elsewhere if you want a decent place to stay.
