  The rooms felt clean and had an ok size, and the hotel is close to the metro. The major drawback is that it takes 30 minutes with the metro to get to the heart of the city. The staff had problems with understanding english, and were not patient enough to try and understand my bad french.

  I have nothing bad to say about this place. The room was clean and nice, everyone was kind and helpful.

  I do not rate this place at all. It is disgusting. We booked 4 rooms (bad choice) !! Carpets disgusting, no change of towels or beds made or cleaning done for the 4 days we were there. Walls dirty marks. Reception area gives you a hint of things to come. Staff in Reception friendly but not very clued up on stuff. English people have on average a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene so avoid this place at all costs.

  Main door doesn't lock as it should so anyone in the area can enter and hangout out in the courtyard. Last night a drunk made his way in and kept us up all night. Also the fact that the door doesn't lock is a major security issue Sheets smell clean but there are black marks all over them. My friend and I were expecting to use wifi for work and school purposes but the connection doesn't reach our room. If we want a connecting that times us out after a minute we have to sit on the toilet. (Which I'm having to do right now to write this review) We decided to voice our concerns with the front desk and that got us no where. The receptionist is very nice but it's evident she is only there to smile and check people in.

  Ridiculous! No aircondition in room, no knife. Apartment condition looks tired. I asked for a fan from the reception cos its 39c in summer and got turned down. Im staying for 4 nights not 1 night! Avoid. Preoare to bring your own knife, mug/cup, fan. Staff is nice but facilities is baddd
