  A modern and reasonably well equipped Appart Hotel in the South of the city and relatively new. Very friendly and helpful staff who even called us a few hours after we checked out to say we had left some items in our room, lucky for us as we needed them. Unfortunately, the rooms were let down by poor layout & design. Lots of storage space but tiny kitchen, which defeats the object of an Appart Hotel. Otherwise good facilities with Laundry and parking available for a small additional charge.

  Cosy little appartment, with nice kitchen area in cupboard. Staff very helpful.

  Stayed here twice. It's starting to look a bit dated now and the rooms need a refresh and some maintenance. Rooms are a decent size, clean, small basic kitchenette in a cupboard which is handy, small fridge/freezer, two ring hob and a microwave. No air-conditioning in the rooms so they can get quite warm on sunny days. Staff friendly and off street parking a bonus, although they do now charge 3€ a day for it. Close to a retail center with restaurants which is useful, also has a tram line practically outside the door. The area itself is quiet, can't say I seen anything untoward around here, feels quite safe. Stayed in worse and paid more for that privilege.

  Located next to a shopping center which was very useful, has space for cooking and cleaning and the rooms are overall very pleasant.

  What was described as a studio, and even had a picture with a sofa, was a sink fridge and hob hidden in a cupboard and wedged into a small double room. The sink was badly fitted and the fridge had gashes in the front from rubbing on the hinges of the cupboard meant to hide it. when they measured to hole, they didn't consider the door had to open. There is no air-conditioning and it was very hot. There was a large window but it was at a 90° angle to a ,very close, window of another room and compromised privacy somewhat. That family did not need to see me in my pants. Also if you opened the window it blocked the TV. The only thing the cleaner had done was change the sheets. The cups were dirty, the bathroom glasses were just turned upside down on stained napkins, still with toothpaste residue and one with a curly hair. After taking them to the reception, I received an expression like this happened all the time and the receptionist was sick of dealing with it. No apology. Nevertheless she said she'd have some sent up. They never arrived and I had to take some from the breakfast room though it took a while to find two that weren't chipped. The second day the door key (contactless card type) and WiFi code stopped working, which would have spelled disaster if it had been out of reception hours. Bed was OK, thin foam mattress, though mints on pillow were sub par. Oh and our chair was broken. Some useful info: They speak English quite well for those who don't Francais. They have WiFi at €1.50 a day, wired internet is free so bring a ethernet cable if you have a laptop, then use that laptop as a wireless access point for your phone. You can wash and dry your clothes in the laundry room for €7. Or as I did, the sink, for free. Parking for €5 a day thigh there seemed to be lots of on street parking just outside their flimsy barrier. Tram station right, outside €1.50 a trip and can get you to within a 5 minute walk of the airport for that price. It goes all the way through town. Monoprix supermarket just over the road in a shopping complex open till 9pm, shut Sundays (as are most things) Very close to two nice parks, one with goats, a donkey, and a cow. We fed them half of a nearby tree :) . It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Just make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies, especially if you want to use the kitchen, though I recommend the Odaly's apartments near the Loire especially if you're biking as there is a free and secure garage. The rooms are similar in concept but have a better layout, are newer and are cleaned.
